Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
